App terms of use

These terms cover Sparta and Sparta Manager of Restaurant Sparta in Bremen-Lesum.

Free games and participation rules

The organizer is Maria Rempelou, Restaurant Sparta, using the contact details below. Enabled games are free to enter and require no purchase or stake. A guest account is required. The wheel randomly selects the outcome on the server; the displayed chances may differ even when the sectors have equal sizes. Daily or weekly limits shown in the app use Europe/Berlin time. The quiz can be completed once per calendar week. Sparta Blocks and Sparta Chase use the displayed minimum score and daily or weekly reward limit. Only active, fully configured rewards can be issued. The benefits and expiry shown for the offer or issued coupon apply. Redemption takes place at the restaurant; cash payment is not offered. Manipulation and abusive repeated participation are prohibited. Apple and Google do not organize, sponsor or participate in these promotions.

Access

Some Sparta features work without an account. Personal functions require your own account. Keep sign-in credentials private. Sparta Manager is for staff authorised by the restaurant.

Reservations and messages

Table requests require restaurant confirmation. Use the available functions or contact the restaurant to change/cancel a reservation. Do not send unlawful content, other people’s confidential data or malware.

Rewards and vouchers

The conditions, validity and redemption method shown with each offer apply. Having an app does not itself guarantee a discount. Enabled vouchers cover restaurant services. Sharing an image/PDF does not automatically transfer ownership.

Deleting an account

Deletion does not cancel future reservations or remove existing balances, payment obligations or legal rights. See Delete account for details.

Availability and rights

Maintenance and faults may interrupt access. Statutory consumer rights and mandatory liability rules remain unaffected. Controller and contact information appear in Privacy and Support.
