Sparta for guests
Include the affected feature, device model and app version. For reservations include the date and name. Never send passwords, full QR/voucher codes or payment details.
Sparta Manager
Access is for authorised staff. Contact restaurant management about accounts or permissions. For a technical error include the time, app version and affected screen.
Account and data deletion
In Sparta: More → Edit account → Delete account. You can also use the Delete account page without the app or signing in, including requests about staff accounts.
Reservations
A request becomes accepted when the restaurant confirms it. Call for urgent changes. Deleting an app account does not cancel a reservation.
