Delete an account and associated data
Request deletion of a Sparta or Sparta Manager account without installing the app or signing in. Use the account email. We verify ownership before deleting anything.
Inside Sparta
Open More → Edit account → Delete account and confirm. An Apple-linked account may require confirmation with Apple.
What is removed or retained
Account access, profile and unnecessary personal app data are removed. Future reservations remain; their necessary contact data and conversation are cleaned up no later than 30 days after the reservation date. Legally required records may remain. Deletion does not remove existing balances or claims; contact the restaurant about them.
Without the app
The form submits a request to the restaurant, not an immediate unverified deletion. After verifying ownership we explain completion and any retained data. Questions: info@sparta-lesum.de.
