Privacy for Sparta and Sparta Manager
This notice covers the mobile apps Sparta (Sparta Restaurant Bremen), Sparta Manager and their services at app.sparta-lesum.com. The restaurant website has a separate privacy notice.

Data and purposes
Depending on use, we process name, email, phone, optional birthday, language, sign-in credentials or Apple/Google identifiers, reservations and special requests, loyalty/voucher records, messages and voluntarily selected files. Staff accounts also process roles, permissions and work actions. These support accounts, reservations, communication and offered benefits (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); security uses legitimate interests (f), mandatory retention legal duties (c), and optional consent-based processing (a). Only provide information needed for your request; allergy information is used for the reservation.
Device permissions and security
IP addresses, login/security events, installation identifiers, device information and push tokens support operation and security. Camera, selected photos/files, calendar and notification permissions serve their respective features and can be changed in device settings. Biometric data stays with the operating system; the apps receive the authentication result. Connections are encrypted, access is account-scoped and file links expire. Never send passwords or payment details in chat.
Service providers
Hosting and technical providers operate the service. Cloudflare R2 stores private chat files. Expo, Apple APNs and Google Firebase/FCM deliver push notifications. Apple/Google process a chosen social sign-in. The restaurant email infrastructure handles email. Available translation functions may use Google services for selected content. Providers may process outside the EEA, where appropriate safeguards must apply as required.
Retention and deletion
In Sparta choose More → Edit account → Delete account, or use the Delete account page without installing the app. Account access, profile and unnecessary personal app data are removed. Future reservations remain valid; the necessary contact information and conversations are cleaned up no later than 30 days after the reservation date. Legally required records or data needed for specific legal claims may remain. Backups and already delivered emails follow their respective retention/security processes. Account deletion does not cancel voucher balances or other existing claims.
Staff accounts
Sparta Manager has no public sign-up. Ask the restaurant about your staff account through Support or the deletion request form. Business records may need to remain independently of the account.
Your rights
Contact the controller to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or, where applicable, portability; withdraw consent or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bremen data protection authority.
Advertising and cookies
The apps do not include advertising tracking SDKs. Public app pages use essential session and security functions. An operating-system permission is not blanket consent to advertising.
